Since coming to CTN10 in 2005, it has been his goal to improve both the quality and relevance of programming on CTN10 to make our station more attractive and useful to both believers and those who have yet to make a commitment to Jesus Christ. He can most accurately be described as an enthusiastic visionary and an encourager. Paul is an accomplished singer and produces a weekly music program called "Times of Refreshing". He loves to communicate with CTN10 viewers, so you are encouraged to call or email him with questions, comments, prayer requests, or just to chat.
Steve joined the CTN10-TV ministry family in 2006 following a 27 year run as Media Director at a church in Indiana. He doesn't miss shoveling snow at all. He has over 45 years of experience in broadcasting. His primary responsibility is the oversight, maintenance, and repair of many rooms of electronic equipment required for TV broadcasting. In addition, he helps with studio lighting, camera set-up and adjustment, along with some graphic arts for print advertising and media labeling, and assisting Lisa Yeargin with computer problems when needed. He is also serving as the Lead Instructor for Creative Media Institute, instructing and inspiring 21st century communicators. You may hear his voice on station announcements from time to time, and he’s an occasional host of Insight, CTN10-TV’s public issues
Curt is a 30+ year broadcasting veteran, serving in a wide variety of capacities over that time -- including announcing, field reporting, sales, management, and even as a TV weatherman. As director of sales at CTN10-TV, he is responsible for developing relationships with businesses and ministries who help underwrite the station financially in exchange for promoting their products and services.
Rodney has been on staff with CTN10 since 1997. His creativity and skill in television production have helped shape the on-air appearance of CTN10 as well as programs and commercial spots for our supporting businesses. He is the creator and executive producer of “Restoration Time”; a weekly program appealing to the automotive enthusiasts.

Jose came to CTN10-TV in 2005 after working for the United States Navy for 25 years as an electronic technician at a High Frequency Communications Station in Puerto Rico. Jose currently serves us in the Master Control Department. Once all of the program schedules are made by the Traffic Department, Jose is responsible for collecting the video tapes, satellite recordings, and other programs delivered to us as computer files. He loads all of these programs into our video server to make certain that they are available for our automation system to play back on the air and on our internet streaming at the proper times. He is also responsible for sending and receiving programs to and from other CTN stations. We especially appreciate Jose’s quick thinking and attention to detail that he displays in making our on-air operations go smoothly.
Rick came to CTN10 in 2006 from the Trinity Broadcasting Network station in San Antonio. He is the primary director for all of our live and recorded productions originating in our studio and on location. The rest of the time he spends in a darkened room in front of computer monitors editing and putting together several of the local programs you see on CTN10. He is also an accomplished musician and songwriter. He serves as an elder in his church. Rick and his wife Diane have five children.
It’s hard to believe that Diane Moreno is only a part-time employee when you consider all that she contributes to CTN10’s operation. Diane, Rick’s wife and mother of five, handles make-up and hair dressing, set decoration, camera operation, studio floor directing, and anything else she is called upon to do. Her cheerful disposition, great work ethic, and spiritual sensitivity make her a great member of our ministry family.
